If the channel works live but you still can’t record, please contact Technical Support. If you receive an error saying you are not subscribed, you will need to add this channel to view it.If you receive this error, attempt going to that channel on live TV to ensure that you are subscribed to it. This is most common when trying to record a program/channel that is on a Free Preview. This error will appear if you are attempting to schedule a recording for a program but do not have recording rights for it. If only the EPICO PVR is affected, refer to EPICO troubleshooting.If all devices are affected, there may be an issue with your Internet service.Check to see if other devices are affected.This error indicates the network has disconnected. If the issue is persisting, or if you received an error that is not on the list, please contact Technical Support. Note: Most of these errors indicate a temporary problem that can be resolved by returning to Live TV and/or trying again. See below for possible error codes you may receive on an EPICO box and what they mean.
